Pricing and Payment Terms
- Our services are priced in euros. For the Easystart, Shopmaster and VPS plans, VAT is included, while other plans are listed without VAT. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer, as specified on our website. All services require upfront payment. For monthly plans, an invoice will be sent at the start of each billing cycle, with 15 days to complete payment. Annual plans, such as Easystart, must be renewed at least 15 days prior to expiration, following invoice receipt.
Provision of Services
Services are activated upon receipt of payment and provided for the duration of the selected subscription. If payment is not made within 15 days, the service will be suspended. Without payment or prior agreement, all content will be permanently deleted 30 days after the billing date in the event of non-payment.
Domain Name Renewal
To avoid losing your domain, it must be renewed no later than the day before its anniversary date (either from registration or transfer). If payment isn’t received, the domain will be suspended and enter a two-week grace period. Failure to renew within this window will result in the domain being permanently lost. MyCyberHosting is not responsible for missed renewals. If you encounter difficulties renewing your domain on time, please contact us through our contact form or by emailing us at [email protected].
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by the Customer
The customer can cancel their service at any time by contacting our customer support. No refunds will be issued for any remaining period. For shared hosting, Cloud VPS, and dedicated servers, the cancellation request must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 10 days before the renewal date. Only email requests will be processed, and a confirmation of cancellation will be sent by email.
Refund
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
Termination by MyCyberHosting
We reserve the right to terminate a service in the event of non-payment, violation of the terms of use, or any other legitimate reason. The customer will be notified prior to any termination.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our hosting services guarantee 99.9% uptime. For select premium plans, we offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee. If we fail to meet these guarantees, a proportional credit may be applied to your next billing cycle. MyCyberHosting cannot be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Personal Data Protection

Intellectual Property
All content on the MyCyberHosting website is protected by intellectual property rights and cannot be used without our permission.
Acceptable Use of Services
Clients must use the services in a legal and respectful manner. Any abusive, illegal, or unethical use will result in immediate termination of services without refund. If in doubt, we encourage you to consult our Terms of Use.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the Nivelles district.
Changes to the Terms of Sale
MyCyberHosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via our website or by email.
